The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
Great location and nice view on the river.
A few cons:
Soap and shower gel was not refilled in 2 weeks stay. Aircond was almost not working.
Windows soundproof was quite weak, we could hear quite well people speaking on the balcony downstairs.

Great hotel, however, the rooms are tiny and taxis had a challenge getting to the place.
