The front desk lady was awesome; and very informative. Definitely coming back to thiss property .

The building is modern and clean. It is also in a reasonably quiet area but conveniently located directly beside a city train centre with service to all local attractions.

Pros: nice kitchen, big window, hot water, easy location, laundry facility very cheap, a lot of USB plugs, plenty of storage in room, cold aircon, felt safe, grocery, restaurants and pharmacy right outside. Cons: my app didn’t work so I had to self check in-took about 15/20 mins to input all info manually. Far, it’s about 25-30 mins train into district 1…But it is directly attached to the train station so not a long commute there. Only one big towel and one hand towel. Not smart tv. No way to hand wash dishes, only dishwasher pac. No shelf in shower.

I picked this location being right next to a train station. I saved money by not being downtown Vienna, but in fact because I did stay here, I literally was within minutes of everything. Grocery store next door. Etc. For someone that actually NEVER used public transportation, this was an excellent venture. Great value! Only $28 for a week transportation voucher that included trains and busses. And you can take the train right back to the airport . The hotel is located at the end of the line. Super Easy.

The self-check in after hours was easy to understand because of the email we received from the hotel. The hotel is just outside the Muthgasse exit of the train station. Super easy with several restaurants and two grocery stores and a pharmacy on the street. The place was clean. The room was very warm the first night and someone was smoking in the hallway or the smoke was coming from the vents. I contacted the hotel and the next night it was no problem. No smoke. We left our window open the next day so the room was much cooler the next evening. This place is a little further outside of Vienna but a lovely train ride along the Danube Canal, clean, safe and convenient.

The only issue was too hot - couldnt adjust heating - and coffee pods not rwplaced. Minor quibbles

So the room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy as was check-out. There are two supermarkets very close making it very easy to buy supplies. It’s 2 minutes walk to the U4 so very convenient for the centre of Vienna. Rooms were quite with good curtains so this did not hamper sleep. Our only criticism was that the corridors were slightly unpleasant smelling but this didn’t affect the room.

Great location next to U4 train with connection to all parts of city. Kitchen in unit is small, but is acceptable for this type of accommodation. Would definitely use this facility again.

Great apartment, perfect for the day I needed to be working on my laptop. I arrived very late and was able to check in fairly easily, although trying to open the main door took a bit of brainpower (read the instructions in advance!) Right next to train station and only about 20 minutes from the city centre which was fantastic. Great supermarkets and food choices right nearby too. Room lacked a kettle and I would've liked more towels, but rooms are only cleaned once a week.
