Good hôtel to star in Poitier not too far from City center

Very difficult access by car

Clean property, lovely comfortable bed. Quiet stay with a dog. Reasonably priced. But no parking.

Nice hotel near the old town. Lovely restaurant attached too. Good value and a nice place to stay

The hotel was clean, well-maintained and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well-appointed and contemporary. The shower screen allowed water to spill onto the floor. There was no shower gel in the dispenser but I had brought my own, fortunately. The area is noisy at night, opposite the railway station and we had to have the windows open on a hot night. Could do with aircon. Steep walk up many steps to the old town where the bars and restaurants are located

We chose this hotel as a stopping off place on our journey to the south of France. We picked this hotel because on the website it offered on site parking (€7 per day). There is absolutely no parking on site whatsoever. You either have to try and find a place on the street (virtually impossible!) or park in the station multi storey car park at €12 a day and as the only available spaces were on the top floor, this is a good 10 minute walk away. Extremely disappointing. That said, the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very convenient for Poitiers station. The room was very clean but basic (eg no kettle). No free wifi. The email i received prior to my stay suggested a warm welcome however it was frosty to say the least. I wouldn't stay again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and very convenient to station and stairs to Centre Ville. Could have used another pillow but comfortable. No air conditioning but fan provided. Gave us internet code but we got a message that internet not working and not a secure option. So if working might check this first. Suspect our room was far from the router. Breakfast buffet ...good choices and well laid out. So...definitely recommend for a short stay.

Distinctly average, very small room, tv not working correctly, access to the hotel is dependent on the receptionist being at their desk, breakfast an extra 9 euros per day, consisting of toast, miniature pastries and conserves, cold boiled eggs, fruit juice from concentrate, yoghurt selection and stewed coffee. Station cafe is a better bet and only 100 meters away.That said the staff are friendly and helpful.

Helpfulness of staff excellent. Location first class. Very good breakfast in light bright room
