Conveniently positioned for the Gare du Nord but a small, basic room in a small hotel. No amenities. No a/c and had to ask for towels. Small double bed, clean and comfortable. OK for one night.

no working lift when room is at 4th floor . no facilities against 40 degrees heat Non English/german speaking staff at morning

Convenient location to Garde Nord and walkable to some great locations but the hotel itself is in quite a bit of disrepair so be prepared for leaks and noise issues. Renovations are going on in the lobby area so no access to tea and coffee facilities - didn't even see such things. My bathroom had very bad leaks under the vanity which mean the floor was constantly wet. Sound proofing is no existent and some may find the area a bit "dodgy" however in saying this I never felt unsafe and people were friendly. Just don't expect a quaint Paris street - it is dirty.

Positives: - room had what it needed for a short stay and was clean - I was provided fresh towels and soap every day - the staff was friendly and answered any queries I had Negatives - some of the tiles in the bathroom were cracked and the bathroom itself was quite old - I used the Kitchen to wash some fruit and noticed mould on the walls

This hotel was awful with a tiny bedroom. Lights did not work and the toilet and bathroom leaked. It was situated near the station but looked dodgy. They were doing rather bad looking renovations which didn’t improve matters . We cut our visit short by one night.

Everything was fine concerning the room and the excellent bathroom, except it was Saturday night in Paris. Parties were in the rooms next to mine until late night. I could hear the traffic too well, the neighbours steps above and the walls and floors were paper-thin. Not much sleep.

Clean room and friendly staff, just 3 minutes walk to Metro. Dining areas close by

The room was clean and staff did their very best to be helpful. But finding the shower was not running hot water was disappointing and I just did not have the time to report this at that time, which I would like to think would have been fixed.

Easily accessible. Spotless room. Bed well made and very helpful receptionist. Would recommend for no fuss, minimalist overnight stay.
