Clean Room, Polite Stuff, great Location

The property is a perfectly maintained building dateing back to the 1600's. The staff was great and everything was spotless. It's in the heart of the walled city, great location. I had an early flight so I didn't have the breakfast. All over 5 out of 5 stars

Excellent quality-great location-nice staff.

Please !!!!!!! A hotel at the wall city with a BAD MATTRESS the bed was squeaky! We were afraid to move , bed sheets itching, the bathroom sink liking, and the toilet cover unsafe, at the checkout we were charged for breakfast, when we set this hotel for the breakfast. Be aware is not easy to sleep or rest with a bad bed. Staff was kind and floors and pool clean, elevator damage is a hotel with four floors.

Booked and paid for deluxe suite with city view, to only be downgraded to junior suite with no windows without telling me! Also shower very dangerous, not all water goes gown drain so when you step into shower it’s like stepping on ice. It’s all about the location, very good only a few hundred metres from the clock tower. Also have a very small pool on ground floor for those hot days.

I loved my stay at Don Pedro de Heredia! It was a beautiful hotel and the staff were helpful and kind! The breakfast was delicious every day!

Absolutely wonderful first time in Colombia. The staff were welcoming, considerate, and polite. I became good friends with a couple of the guys. They helped me understand how things are in Cartagena and where I should go. The room was great.
