Great amenities. Great service. Great location.

Nice hotel. Clean, staff was awesome. Not enough space in the rooms. No fridge or microwave. Other than that, it was nice and in a great location. I would stay there again.

Love this place! The vibes are so great and the location is perfect. I will say i will be booking a suite in the future, the rooms are pretty small. The only complaint i have is that there is no mini fridge which would be nice to store our leftovers and drinks. There is also only one tiny little trash can that was in the bathroom. We had to collect any trash in our own bags. Would stay again!

Great location will be back again

I enjoyed my stay. I was a little upset about almost being charged a $500 smoking fee and I don’t even smoke or vape. Lucky my card was locked and they wasn’t able to charge me. But they did adjust the payment and I didn’t have to pay it but if my card wasn’t locked they would’ve for sure took my money. Other than that I loved my stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Valet was great.

Cons 1. There is no refrigerator in the room 2. The phone didn't work. We told 3 different staff members but no one did anything. 3. We had to go and fetch ice from the bar in the lobby. 4. The use of the pool, gym, beach chair comes with a daily fee taken from incidentals. We were told this at check in. 5. The lobby furniture is dirty. 6. Our room wasn't cleaned after we requested it 7. We had to rent the umbrella from the hotel for the beach. 8. The rooms are too small, no closet, and had draws under the bed. We didn't realize that til the last day 9. The room was too cold. We had to turn the air off or freeze. 10. There were no clean towels in the gym for two days 11. The hotel only has 3 antiquated bikes. Pros The Serena resteraunt has good food and is attractive. The pool is also nice

Wonderful location and pools! Staff was all super friendly and helpful. Only downside is the rooms are VERY small so keep luggage or people to a minimum or you’ll feel cramped.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay during our girls trip in July. The room was clean, the hotel overall felt very safe, AC worked great, the pool was clean, the food and drinks were delicious, and the staff was helpful. My only comment would be it would have been nice to have water available at no charge somewhere in the hotel outside of the $9 bottles in the room and to have access to some sort of an ice machine other than having to go down to the bar on the 1sf floor whenever you want ice. Especially since there is no refrigerator in the room. The clear bags provided for ice leaked water everywhere as soon as the ice melted. so perhaps a solid container for ice would be better. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back !

Clean hotel. Small room but manageable if you plan right, won’t spend time in the room. The pool was great. The beach area the hotel had was great. Can’t beat the location.
