Check in was very long. Had to come back 2 times. Room was ok. Was only in the second floor but they should tell you this before making reservations. Wouldn’t go back.

Excellent location! Spacious rooms. Beautiful pool and hot tub

We liked the large balconies and salt water pool. However the room TV did not have a basic cable service. Guests are expected to sign in to their own streaming services if they have them. This expectation was not well advertised. No food or bar services inside the hotel but tons of options in the neighborhood. Good location.

Great stay, beautiful property. Friendly staff. Absolutely worth the value. So much to see and do in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I had a good time. The hotel description was very accurate, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hi, I was shocked to see the room. There was a Murphy bed. It didn’t feel like a very clean room. I did mention it to the host on the day of the checkout that I had not stayed in my room. Instead, I opted to stay over at my friends room who was also staying at the same hotel. They said that I need to report this to hotels.com as I had made the purchase via them. They did not offer to make any changes.

We had to book last minute and the price was great and the room worked well for our family of 4.
