The property is in a great location minutes walk away from stores, great food and sights and trips. But as a property itself it lacks amenities and maintenance levels to fully justify the high seasonal pricing

極佳 We stayed at the Harbor Hotel for a weekend away from the kids for my husbands 40th birthday. It was lovely! The courtyard is so peaceful, the design of the hotel overall is impeccable, and the staff was great. I would definitely stay there again.

不錯 The service from the restaurant inside the hotel is mediocre at best. I was ignored the two times I tried to dine in for an uncomfortably long amount of time. Once sat we were ignored again. The pastry area at the end of the hall was a nice touch but not worth it whatsoever once you pay the extra resort fee. I’d rather just pay for what I do want then be charged a base fee to give everyone mediocre breakfast fare.

低於平均 For a room priced at this level even in high season it lacked both features and amenities. The staff tried very hard but they were limited in what they could do. The one thing it did have going for it was its location which is very good.

The front desk crew were helpful and kind. The location is amazing. We appreciated the bikes and used them to quickly get to breakfast. We had a drink in the bar where the bartender was talented and efficient! Great stay.

The location is unbeatable with so many shops and restaurants right outside the door. The team was incredibly kind, the room was super clean, and the à la carte breakfast was a delicious. My only constructive feedback is that the bathroom feels a bit dated. Also, heads-up on the valet parking—it’s tucked away in the garage, not on the street, so it took us a minute to find. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The hotel was centrally located in the vibrant Portland downtown harbor district. It was an easy walk to the water, shops and countless restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff was very helpful
