This was such a cool Property because we had a beautiful rooftop bar and the staff was friendly for the most part. I kept telling him my air conditioner was not functioning the way it should and could somebody come and help me and nobody would budge and come to the room with me or send somebody up to the room to help they just told me what to do and figured I would take care of it myself, which eventually after two days of not having a cool room I figured it out. Also there are zero snacks in the room for when you get hungry but their mini fridge does keep things very cold and I appreciated that. It is an attractive hotel in a good location. They have a weird policy about cleaning the rooms though I spoke to the lady in the hall and asked her to clean my room after two days and she said no you have to talk to the desk and I thought that was odd but she eventually did clean the room and they are so skimpy on water. You get two bottles when you check in and even though I checked in twice and had to pay for two nights the first day and then when I wanted to extend my stay I had to pre-pay two nights for the second stay but I didn’t get another two complementary bottles of water for the fridge, which I thought they should’ve done. I feel so dehydrated here. But I did all in all like the hotel and the location and 99% of the staff

Excellent hotel. Only downside was rooftop bar was booked out for a private event two of the nights we were there, and it was too busy for us to go the first night. Maybe book reservation or ensure you go early. Staff very helpful and great location.

We arrived to a lovely warm friendly welcome for our 5 night stay, The staff here are so helpful and chatty. My room was spacious and clean, The rooms are cleaned on request every 2nd day which is easy to arrange and i prefer this because you don't get woken by knocking on the door. If you need more towels etc you can request these any anytime via reception or whatsapp , I ordered some towels via whatsapp and they arrived within 10 minutes. The rooms have everything you need for your stay. I also had 2 free bottles of water in the fridge. The safe and AC are easy to use, The Tv can also connect to your mobile phone so you can stream. There is a record player and you can pick records from reception to play in your room. The rooms are very quiet and I found the bed very comfy and had some of the best sleep. The roof top bar is also amazing we booked through Expedia so was given some 20% of food and drink vouchers, We spent most nights after coming back up here. I would recommend this place to any one reading this, Its not far from bus stops or Ubahn. To the owners, Great staff are hard to find, You have great fantastic friendly staff that worked very hard to make my stay amazing. Treat them well they are the key to your great hotel brand.

This is a funky and interesting hotel in a cool area of Vienna. It was convenient to transit and walkable to lots of tourist destinations, great shopping and museums. The hotel had a nice energetic vibe, there was even a salsa class on Saturday evening in the restaurant. The hotel had a music theme throughout and the rooftop restaurant and bar were super cool with great ambient house music and fabulous views of the city. A great place for a chill drink and dinner. The hotel was well appointed, rooms are decent sized, we had a patio which was really nice as the weather was great. My only complaint was the smell that came out of the bathroom sink as soon as you ran the water, nothing that some baking soda down the drain wouldn't fix, otherwise it was a great place to explore Vienna from, I'd definitely stay there again.

Super modern property, clean, and well maintained. Each room has a record player with vinyls available in the lobby. Great location next to Mariahilfer Straße, the largest and one of the most famous shopping streets in Vienna. Would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and a good breakfast. The rooftop bar is cool. The location is perfect for exploring central Vienna.

Absolutely LOVE this hotel. The staff were super friendly. From the minute you walk in, there is a vibe and everyone is smiling. The hallways are cool too with how the lights are lined around like a tunnel. The rooftop bar is incredible as is the entire staff up there too! This will ALWAYS be my go to hotel when I am in Vienna - perfect location and its super quiet. Thank you for a great stay
