Great staff , so helpful . Very good breakfast . Rooms are very spacious . Easy walk to V&A waterfront , if we ever return to CapeTown would not hesitate to stay here again . Thank you

Ideally located for a short walk to the V&A waterfront district. A nice hotel however our room needs some tweaks to make it fully enjoyable. Staff were more than accommodating for an early breakfast.

would book directly with the hotel, booking on hotels.com created some issues when editing the amount of nights stayed

Room was large and clean. Staff was courteous. Amenities were great.

we had 3 rooms - one of the couples had to be moved 3 times due to the overwhelming stench of sewerage . The bathrooms ALL overflowed into the bedrooms . Curtains were missing from the one room . The bar had ONE beer in stock . I could go on - terrible . The staff however were delightful under hard conditions

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean. Bed was comfortable and room was very big with sitting area and dining table. Close to V&A area, short Uber trip. Few negatives were tv crooked on wall, no bowls and only1 spoon in the kitchen. Beautiful copper bath but able to see into shower and toilet from sitting area and no way to make private. No hot water in kitchen sink.

It was a good hotel in a quirky way. All of the staff was so helpful , especially Carlos, who went out of his way The full English breakfast was tops also

Didn’t have a King size bed which it said on the booking. Washing machine didn’t work but staff kindly did our washing each day. Other than that loved our stay and will be back
