The bed sheets weren’t clean, there was leftover fruit in the fridge that was clearly from a previous guest, and the shower had issues and couldn’t be adjusted properly. I think they need to pay more attention to room cleanliness

I booked a room with hot tub a month before my stay, but they gave me a room without one and said the rooms with hot tubs are full! And then they were trying to pretend that I never got a room with hot tub! The water in the shower and bathroom was cold, loud and noisy place, internet speed was absolutely low, I was there for almost a day and thankfully it didn't took more than that.

This was not the Hilton. It’s not a luxury hotel. What it is. Is all you need. A nice big bed. Clean room. TV. Heat/air working bathroom. Safe. Friendly staff. I mean friendly. They are helpful and kind. The walls are solid. The allows for a good nights sleep. Not far from the bus stop. The market and restaurants. About an 8 min walk. Clean, safe and quiet area. So if you want high end. It’s not for you. If you want great customer service and a clean safe place to rest. This place is perfect.

Very bad experience at this hotel.
The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.
The room we were given was in terrible condition, very dirty, strong presence of mold, poor sound insulation, and a lot of noise.
The bathroom was barely functional, and no services were offered by the hotel.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
