This was a great little hotel within walking distance to The Quarter which is why I chose it. Food was surprisingly good considering it’s a small chain hotel. Staff were all great. My only complaint is a $30 dollar charge to park my own car-no valet. I realize they all do it but it’s not right. Between that and all the taxes etc you quickly lose your feeling of being a valued customer.

There was a sign by the elevator stating that the kitchen was closed on July 3rd to give their staff time to spend with their families. Huh? If that’s their priority, then I’ll be staying elsewhere when I come into town for a holiday.

The perk of this hotel is that it's new so it's modern and well maintained! Additionally, it's in an excellent location right next to the Kierland Commons.
Keep in mind that the hotel is a business budget hotel, and the amenities are as such. I didn't use the pool or gym, but the gym looked well maintained with newer machines and the pool area looked small, but fine for a quick dip.
The bedding was very scratchy and the mattress was very soft so my fiancé and I sank into it and found it uncomfortable. They have a small in-room fridge and small coffee station. My coffee machine had a very unsettling black and brown thick indistinguishable substance inside so I didn't use it.
The front desk staff was kind fortunately.
All in all, if you prioritize a hotel thats in a few a location with a lack of amenities and are okay giving up the comforts of a resort, this is a good pick!

We are primarily Marriott folks. I was there with my daughter and two granddaughters. We stayed three nights. As usual, this hotel was up to the expectations that we expect to find at a Marriott property.
I've very rarely been disappointed.

Great location and very convenient for getting around. The hotel is new and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would recommend it.
