When i arrived i was checked in by apparently someone in training because i didn't get a hello or welcome to our hotel. It was straight to how are paying and this is what you can't do and heres what you can do. This is not my firtst stay at Holiday Inns. I didn't quite feel welcomed. However, it wasn't too bad but bad enough for me to notice. I don't like giving out bad reviews and i dwant this to be considered bad but maybe a teachable moment.

We have stayed at several places in pigeon Forge and this was by far the nicest place we have ever stayed. It may be a little too pricey for some people but it is worth it.

Good for the price every thinks near by

Only thing we didnt understand is if you're paying for your room,why u have to also pay for parking your vehicle there as well...Other then that we had a good stay!!

There was a picture of a outdoor pool with two slides on Expedia for this hotel that is why I justified the price but unfortunately this photo was fake, neither Expedia or the hotel staff cared when I complained. Disappointed!

The room was beautiful. However the bathroom could use some slip resistant mats or something near the shower. Great location and spacious rooms. Wonderful for families with children.

This was so much better than I could have hoped for. The room was beautiful and clean with all of the amenities. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. On top of that, the price was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back.

This hotel is in the middle of everything. My kids and I loved this hotel while we was on vacation. The pool was nice, a little cold for an indoor pool but still nice. The beds are soft and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There’s a lot of parking as well.

Great hotel! Very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the breakfast. For the price that people have to pay I think the breakfast is skimpy! Our room only came with 2 adult breakfasts. We normally go for hotels with free breakfast. There were 5 of us, so we were going to pay for breakfast for us all but it was just too high a price for the limited options.
