Very good place to stay

Nice staff, reception, cleaning, and everything!

Very small room,small shower and bathroom too , old

We booked the hotel and it clearly stated free shuttle service to the Haram. However, when we go there, we were told that the shuttle service had stopped the day before. Although the price was good, we would not have booked had we known that there was no shuttle service. Not having a free shuttle service increases the cost of staying there as you need to pay for a taxi etc.

Nice stay overall. The hotel was clean and in a convenient location, Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, though a bit small. The shuttle service was clean and always on time. Good value for the price—I’d consider staying here again.”

Property was clean upon arrival. Room service was not the greatest. The cleaners would not move a muscle till you ask them to grab garbage from the bathroom or the room. Requested for a fresh set of sheets after 3 days. They did not had a floor mop or wiper to clean the bathroom floor nor a vacuum cleaner for the room. The shuttle service to/from the Haram was great and very helfpul. Front desk provided the timings during check-in. Drop off and pick up zones are different, i suggest talk to the drivers for pickup from haram, they usually park by the same gate or near it. Front desk was helpful if/when needed.
