I was there for 2 weeks and the housekeeper never arrived, I never received a cleaning in the room nor clean towels, the terrible internet

Wife was bite buy spider in room found 2 different spider nest in room. Closet was molded n made whole room smell like old cigarettes whoever the previous guest was covered the smoke alarm with some type of paper. Once told the front desk of all of this, she basically rolled her eyes and said that she would contact her manager and was never called back.

It was relatively clean but the room smelled so strongly of wet dog, it was hard to manage.

My stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues that affected my experience. The room had a noticeable odor that smelled like dog urine, which was unpleasant upon arrival. The shower also appeared to be improperly installed or maintained—the water was coming out of both the shower head and the connector, causing water to splash everywhere during use.
Additionally, the air conditioning took quite a while to cool the room down, and the beds were not very comfortable.
On a positive note, the staff was friendly and courteous throughout my stay, which I appreciated.
With some improvements to room maintenance and comfort, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience.

Not the cleanest, also not the best staff. Came back after a long day at work and my key stopped working, front desk was already closed. Used the phone to call the number provided and a staff member wanted to charge me for asking for help after 10pm.
Showers were not the cleanest and the hotel spelled like w**d. I’d recommend staying somewhere else, but if you need to be in this area for a night or two. It’s ok. But recommend somewhere else entirely
