Very nice staff, helpful very attractive. Hotel was very clean and what I love the most everything was closed to it.. 10 /10

Room, clean and confort, staff all ways ready to help, very profesional enviroment.

Coffee took a while to get to the table, but service and staff were very nice!

We were upgraded to a king room, with a small balcony that had a view towards the main plaza. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and the bed was really comfortable. The rooms with double beds that my sons stayed in were quite nice too, and I would have been happy to stay in those rooms. The free breakfast was quite good and the wait staff and cook were very nice. I was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I would say the breakfast should more protein choices

The hotel itself was great and the staff were wonderful. Our rooms were at street front and it was extremely noisy every night. Car alarms went off all night, cars blowing horns. Spent three night with very little sleep. Don't recommend staying a hotel if get rooms at the front. No hair dryer so could not wash our hair during our stay. Did not know to bring own hair dryer.

The staff was so kind and friendly to us during our entire stay. Breakfast was great, convenient location, and facilities were nice too. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cusco near the center!
