The villa was great. A nice deck to sit on, beautiful property! There was no hot water. The jacuzzi was Luke warm but it did not ruin how lovely it was

Clean, comfortable, well managed.

Loved the pretty curtains around the bed and LOVED the tub in front of the jungle view

Very cool setup. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Centrally located to all parts of excursions, downtown, thermal baths, and waterfalls.

This hotel was an absolute delight. Most of the rooms are private bungalows tucked into the jungle. The view with the jacuzzi tub was much welcomed after a day of hiking. There was also so much wildlife and we saw monkeys, lizards, fireflies and too many birds to count. While I did not enjoy the breakfast I did enjoy the crapes and coffee later in the evening that were available for purchase. We didn't mind walking into town, but it is a 45 minute trek. If you have a car however it would be fine. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway especially if you are looking to enjoy nature.

It is a bit in the middle of nowhere, and the official address is incorrect and almost a km off, but the cabins are really great — comfortable bed, luxurious shower, gorgeous surroundings. We were even lucky to see the volcano.
