No staff members in premises but instructions to check in a simple and clear to make the process fast and efficient. Room was very clean and tidy and with lots of space. Had an assortment of useful amenities and was very close to attraction we wanted to see (The Nara Deer). Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Nara and visit the deer.

Very conveniently located near the train station. It was quiet and spacious and comfortable.

Perfect for a one night stay. Easy check in and check out. Room was clean and great to have a washing machine included. Hot plate wasn’t working but didn’t need it. Close to station. Would stay there again.

Easy access, the room is clean and tidy with all the amenities tgat you need. It would be great if there's a separate door for the toilet!

Room was huge! Super easy to access with codes for the building and room provided 24 hours ahead of arrival. Available laundry in the room helped us immensely half way through our two week trip. Great location next to JR Nara Station especially since we took the train to Uji for the day. Also being located next to Sanjo-Dori street made for tons to do in the evening, easy and great food spots, and a straight route to walk to Nara Park. Unfortunately the guests above us were incredibly noisy for our last two nights, late into the evening, despite notices from the property asking for quiet time between 10pm and 6am. I reached out to the property and although they weren’t able to assist in real time, they responded promptly the next morning letting us know they had already talked to the other guests and offered to move us rooms to help. We were checking out but the offer was kind and appreciated. I would highly recommend this as an option if you’re headed to Nara and/or Uji. We would absolutely stay again!

The room was wonderful. The laundry machine in the room was very useful. The park was a simple bus ride away. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We loved this service apartment. Great location, easy check in, huge space, even had laundry. Would definitely stay here again.

Location of the hotel was cery convenient for us. Staff at the office were very helpful. The room was equipped to EVERYTHING we needed. 10/10!
