Single bed was very uncomfortable, we could feel the springs, carpet was dirty, no pic on the wall to enhance the room in the bedroom. The spa pool was lovely though.

Have stayed at BK' across the country and by far this one in Palmerston North has been the worst experience we have ever had and has now put us off stay with them in the future.

I was sceptical about the motel, but was pleasantly surprised. The rooms where clean, staff were friendly and everything was easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay here.
