Excelente hotel, súper céntrico. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, tienen un buen desayuno. Nos gustó mucho. Nuestra habitación fue para 4 personas, 2 adolescentes y 2 adultos y estuvimos muy cómodos.

Great hotel except the proposal to charge 15 euros for an early checking and fees for bag storage

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk from the city center. Its biggest advantage is how clean it is. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the breakfast was outstanding, but it offered a good variety and was perfectly adequate. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily choose this hotel again.

Arrived 1and a half hour earlier than check in time, been told the room is ready but if check in right away need 50euro extra. Do not need check in early and Understand check in policy but feel very bad and unwelcomed. Just wondering if customer check in late or check out earlier can they get 50 Euro refund? :-) After decline pay extra, the receptionist just said the luggage storage is on the first floor (the lobby is on 0 floor) then left the counter without explained the storage place at which part of the first floor? leave us alone at lobby, very embarrassed. Few hours late the check in is OK, I ask about the breakfast the receptionist told me no need to reserve it, but next day have to pay more due to no reservation. The sink in the room does not drain and there was some loud sound come out from bathroom wall every 20 to 30mins cannot sleep well. Told the staff about the sink issue and the strange sound and asked if can have a room change, been told the hotel been fully booked, cannot do anything. Checked online the hotel still have rooms for online reservations for that night. Till two days late left the hotel no room changed, the sink issue not fixed. No one explain anything to me. During a month traveling in N Europe, stayed mor than 10 hotels never give a negative review to any other hotels. But really feels the staffs in B&B are not training well, not professional at all. Very bad experience!

An incredible hotel. The staff was amazing. The room was perfect and spotless. Breakfast was delicious, except I paid for it (extra) and there were people who ate and didn’t pay. There was no checking system which didn’t seem fair. But that’s all very minor. Great location, near the main tram lines. Perfect stay!

Loved that the hotel was very clean and central to many sites. Nicely decorated lobby and sitting area with complimentary coffee, water, fruit and pastries (leftover from the breakfast buffet?). We couldn’t figure out the thermostat to control the air conditioning. Beds were very comfortable but only 1 pillow per person. It was surprisingly quiet in the hotel. One note of caution…the shower floor was a little slippery so be careful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent Room and the room was very clean

This hotel had a few very good benefits. 1- Location. This hotel was very close to the center of town, which made it easy to walk to all the sites. 2- Air conditioning. This was a huge plus during the recent heat wave in Europe. We were able to walk around for 2 hrs then come to the hotel to cool down. 3- free water and coffee in the lobby. In the lobby was a cold water fountain with either flat or sparkling water. You don’t realize how nice this is until you’ve been wandering around the Netherlands and Belgium and everyone charges for water. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of plugs in the room to charge phones, etc. My only suggestion for improvement was to add another pillow on each bed. We also selected to include the breakfast. The croissants and pastries were delicious but the rest (bacon, cold cuts, cheese, scrambled eggs) were pretty inedible in our opinion. However there is juice, specialty coffees, pastries and fruits so that was ok. There is also a very nice grocery store one block away where we bought fresh fruits and sandwhiches.
