Good

A

It was clean but food wad not good and staff was very slow

Very nice hotel located at the top of a hill in Ooty. Nicely appointed rooms with comfortable bedding. Staff was extremely friendly and provided good service. Hotel location makes it easy to walk down to main city area where lots restaurants are available. However, you can easily eat at the in house restaurant as well. There is a game room for kids to play. Afternoon tea in the garden was nice everyday between. 5-6pm. Only suggestion would be to add a swimming pool to property.

The frontdesk staff (lady on duty on 5th April) was extremely pleasant and helpful. We really appreciated her. The restaurant was however, really slow. We understood the gas issues but we had to wait for one hour even for available menu’s, food to be served to us. Our kids were in hunger. The rooms were clean, property is well maintained and apart from food, everything else was positive.

Excellent Staff !

Staff- beyond excellent Room - well equipped Cleanliness- spotless Amenities - plenty Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable

Our overall experience at hotel was very good. The room was very comfortable and staff was very cooperative. Bone fire was great to have in cool breeze.

I felt compelled to write this because our stay at this hotel was genuinely the best we’ve ever experienced. The hospitality was exceptional—every staff member, from security to the reception and restaurant teams, greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us feel completely at home. Our 4-night stay was wonderful, and the hotel’s peaceful location in a quieter part of Ooty made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. There are so many people to thank, but I’d like to mention a few whose names I managed to note down: Chef Rajesh, Raja, and Monica for their warm care and for celebrating our anniversary with us; Sree and the entire team at The Pavilion restaurant; and Nandeesh, who kindly arranged idiyappam for my daughter when she was craving it. Since idiyappam is a Kerala dish, it’s not easily available in Tamil Nadu, making his effort even more special.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was lovely.
