Breakfast was okay, but a few more choices such as cereals or more fruit types would make it better. Bed comforters are not great. They either feel too hot or too cold. Probably made of polyester rather than cotton. Good walk-in showers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel! We enjoyed our stay in Nan.

The Emmaline was a top notch hotel to stay in while visiting Nan. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were spotless.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. There were lots of electrical outlets. There was wheelchair access in the hotel. Unfortunately the fridge was connected to the room key card and would disconnect when you left the room and took the key card. We would recommend this hotel

Nice staff, genuine and sincere. Breakfast and housekeeping is excellent; Khao Soi on the last day was, perfect.
One day I saw Staff washing a hotel vehicle with a pressure washer; they were happy to spray my car (bird droppings) off also. This was a caring gesture to me.
The place is safe and secure; Nan is safe in general. We rode the hotels bicycles every day, to get food and to shop at the markets close by.
1 bedroom suite had plenty of room; it was quiet,we slept great. TV’s are smart, internet good. Strong water pressure. Balcony was big and private.
The location is good, we walked to the weekend night market. The Nan river is right behind the hotel, and I enjoyed it from the hotel roof top; I saw dragon boaters practicing up the Nan!
We will stay here again when in Nan! Lovely place.
