Enjoyed our last minute stay in an apartment room and actually extended it by 2 days as everything was just so easy and accessible. Staff were excellent, friendly, professional and very helpful with things even outside their remit. Hasna who works at reception in particular was such an asset to our stay and made our time at the hotel so easy and hassle free. Proximity to the airport, cafes, supermarket and restaurants (not in the media) is great. Pools, spa/jaccuzzi, etc. are good for the price. Food could be better but there are nearby options you can find using trip advisor. Would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something calm and relaxing that’s more than sufficient and very good value for money.

The room was nice and we had a nice view of the pool, however it was for a birthday trip and there was no special touches or even a mention of it. The room could have been a little cleaner as well.

Everything is beautiful love it all staff so nice feel as if I am in Ghana 🇬🇭 ❤️ will visit morrocco again soon 😊 love and peace

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel—the staff were welcoming and the rooms were spotless. The only downside was the security process. Each time I entered or exited the property, the guard stopped me to ask about my room number or whether I was checking out. While I understood the need for this the first time, repeating it every single time felt unnecessary. I believe this information should be coordinated with the front desk rather than requested from guests at every entry or exit.

Very bad! No hot water. Lights not working. Not even cleaned properly! Staff very very unhelpful and Mosquitos everywhere in rooms! Would never recommend! EVER!!

ZEPHYR it has been one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. When we arrived we were forced to wait at reception for 3 hours without an explanation. No one at the hotel speaks any basic English and only communicate in French. I was also incorrectly charged tax. When we were taken to our room there was dirt smeared all over the walls. Also there were ants all over the kitchen counter top and bugs on the floor. I have provided videos to Expedia. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Also we booked the spa package. But when we got there they said there wasn't a booking and that the spa was fully booked. This just added to the unorganisation of this hotel. The staff are rude and keep you waiting for no reason without an apology. Expedia have said they tried to contact the hotel but no repsonse, so I don't understand why is this hotel allowed to operate when it has no standards.
