Perfect

This is a great hotel. It is pretty much just across the street from a park that is heavily used by well dressed young people. The tallest building in Italy is in the park and there is a huge fountain / water feature that kids play in. Tons of restaurants and very close to Milan Central Train Station. We had a great time. I would have to give the beds and pillows maybe 2 stars though. Bed was smooth but quite hard. The pillows were odd shaped and un-fluffable and quite flat. Overall it was worth it because the hotel is great and the location is a 10.

Beautiful hotel! Would definitely return!

Very well located hotel. Rooms was spacious, clean, stylish and had a large balcony. There were however a few small issues - the check-in process wasn’t smooth. Federico was pleasant but the process took a long time as he couldn’t find our booking (after three or four searches). The amenities of the hotel were not pointed out. - the steam iron in the room was broken. Electrical item leaking water everywhere. When I called reception twice they didn’t answer. I then told the staff at checkout. They apologised (barely) but made no commitment to put it right (even for the next guest). They did ask (as we stood with our bags packed and checking out) if we still needed an iron. This should have been handled better. Overall - a nice hotel with nice facilities / amenities, a little more ‘service’ would have made this much better. Things do go wrong, staff should be ready to smooth those things over.

Excellent experience at Milano. Great staff, they helped us with dinner and transfer reservations. Super clean and modern rooms, excellent breakfast, shops nearby. Milano Verticale is an excellent hotel to stay at Milano. Super recommended.

This hotel was perfect! The staff were lovely the room was amazing and very accommodating! It’s about a 5 minute walk to the metro but also still a lot around. Would definatley recommend and will be returning!

Some of the reception staff were not very helpful or accommodating. The hotel was nice, took a about 20 mins by metro. The surrounding area is a nice balance of lively and peaceful. Felt very safe walking around at night, Corso Como which is very close by is a nice area with restaurants and bars. Did not try breakfast and seemed quote expensive for what was on offer

I love the property great place to stay good location

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Wish rooms had more fresh water. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff wre very friendly.
