Surprisingly, one of the best experiences I had in Riyadh hotels. Technology is sadly not close to what today’s hotels should offer to guests, but I am totally satisfied with elegant furniture, plenty power outlets that are wisely located, and quality shower/bathroom. I will certainly consider this property once again in future.

The facility is clean, however the services need to be improved.
I was contacted to by the hotel staff asking me to pay in advance through a direct transfer or they will cancel my booking !

The keys of the rooms do not work sometimes so you have to go to the recieption to reactivate the key.
Swimming pool was not available.
The cost is high according to the servieces.

Construction area .. very noisy and the hotel refused to change the room , paid extra money and the reception didn't have change to return the rest

Hot water is very limited time only, 3mins
No breakfast available in the restaurant.
