Had to keep on them for housekeeping. Staff was nice and helpful.

I will say that this hotel is in a nice location and it is located close to a Kroger. I was very disappointed that the rooms were not cleaned daily. I was shocked after seeing housekeeping in the hall and reporting a hair in my bathroom from the previous guest, that upon my arrival from a day out, my room was not cleaned or turned over. This was not acceptable to me and had I known that they did not clean the rooms daily, I would not have chosen this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Yet, the rooms that I reserved not being cleaned put a damper on my stay. I would have asked for half off had I known this.

Everyone was friendly and the room was clean and quiet

Staff was super nice

The hotel was clean and the room was very nice. Bathroom was very nice with a large walk in shower. A one night stay while passing through the area. Will consider this hotel next time.

My stay at the Townplace Suites was wonderful. The hotel is in a great part of Columbus and it's very safe. The hotel itself is very clean and we had no complaints on that front. The staff was very kind at check-in and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was also wonderful and had a great variety for the start of the day. If you're looking for a place to stay, you will not regret staying here.

It was fantastic! We loved all of the amenities and features of our stay!

we had a fantastic time. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was above better than most, weight room was filled with great equipment. The pool made us giggle because it was very small compared to most hotel pools...but, it was perfect for my grandkids and the few other kids doing cannonballs. lol ~ We really appreciated the Kroger Store less than a mile down the street to fill the hotel fridge without having to travel far. Excellent experience and would highly recommend to anyone.

I don’t leave reviews, I stay places and move on because most places are just ok. This place was above and beyond, if it had a hot tub it would be unstoppable. Room- clean, shower- high pressure and hot. Breakfast was decent and the kitchenette was proper. 9/10

It's our second stay at the Hotel and we had a blast again. There is a fire place outside that is very cute and cozy. The room was clean and each day, there was something new added to the breakfast menu. We will book again.
