Good customer service 🙏

Great hotel, won't let u check in early

Todos bien

Excellent hotel. Nice breakfast. Good staffs. Close to bus stop to go to airport and RER.

complementary breakfast was excellent and restaurant staffs were hard working. Housekeeping was not as clean as I expected from Hyatt. They remade beds and changed towels but I wondered whether they ever vacuumed the floor and checked stocked items like coffees, teas, cups and toilette papers and paper towels.

The room was simple and didn't quite meet my expectations. It was advertised as having two queen beds, but we only received one. Parking is not included, so be prepared for an additional charge. You can pay daily or purchase a multi-day pass. We stayed for six days and paid €56 for parking. The breakfast was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, it was acceptable, though I expected a bit more based on the listing.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the staff didn't help us fix our request. The receptionist (on the night shift) said we didn't have air conditioning because all the guests were using it (?!). Breakfast is the only reason I'm giving it the stars.

Staffs are not helpful, the AC doesn’t work and they wouldn’t do anything about it

The room was spacious with good amenities. The bar was elegant and relaxing. The pool and gym were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The mini market in the reception was very convenient.
