納迪市中心酒店 (Nadi Downtown Hotel)

1) Needs pest control, spotted lots of cockroaches, spiders and lizards in the room. 2) Shower and sink needs lots of maintenance. 3) Typical dirty smell across the hotel 4) Advertised as continental Breakfast, they give you 3 slice of white toast, 1 cup of tea or coffee, and 2 pieces of fruit. 5) Blankets and linen worst quality, bad odour. 6) No natural ventilation, only way to let fresh air come in is when you open the main entry door for the room.

The female manger didn't get up or say hello/Bula to me and my guest. She left everything up to a young lady and is not her fault. As soon as you walk in the back (a lot of trash was outside around the property) door or front door you can smell mold or something very unpleasant. We asked to see a room and was shown a room and it looked nothing like the pictures online and it smell bad also. I aspect a FULL refund including the $8 a person for insurance($16)and cancellation. I did file a claim with my bank immediately.

First room they took us was basic with no balcony then stuff said this is what they have then called someone and took us to 3rd floor gave us crappy room no city view which we clearly paid for room had a mouldy smell floors were cracked and stained

First walk into the room, saw pesticides- insects crawling around

No hot water in our room. Terrible.

In the central of everything, walking distance to the Temple,biggest supermarket FNPN next door, third floor with food court,2 minutes walk to the Market and all shops around,the property had big improvements but still a lots work needs to be done, lovely manager and staff, will sty again for sure

Parking was great and safe. Staff were friendly and very helpful

New Management, very attentive. Old accommodations but clean and budget friendly. Light breakfast is (3) pieces of toast😂, but additional items available for purchase. English understood. No elevators or A/C.
