低於平均 Tiny rooms, They offered valet parking. Although we followed the detail instructions prior to our arrival they said they would’t take the our vehicle. They should have clarify during the call they could not take our car. That is the one main reason why we choose that property.

Hotel was centrally located 2 minutes walk from Verona Arena. Lovely buffet breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. They moved me to a lower floor as I don't like lifts and theirs is very small. We even had a welcome bottle of bubbly upon arrival. It's a shame they don't have room for a pool which would have been very welcome in the recent heat but that's the price you pay for it's location which was perfect. From a British point of view the bidet in the bathroom was unnecessary and took up precious space. Our only disappointment was the packed breakfast we had on our final morning which was very sparse. Some juice and a savoury biscuit as well as sweet would have been welcome. If we went back to Verona I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I had a solo room very comfy! The staff was perfect and made me feel at home. The location is next to the historical arena with restaurants and shopping near by. Walkable safe area!!

Brilliant location in the heart of everything. The Arena is 50 steps away and there are lots of nice eateries facing the Arena. The main shopping street is also only a few steps away.
The hotel is well kept, very clean, lovely staff and a great buffet breakfast to set up your day.
The only biggie is having to pay £10 euros to the train station or face a 30 minute walk
