Very nice place and great location.

Great location!! It’s about 5minute walk from the main shopping area (Laugavegur). There’s no staff on site for check in but a clear detailed instruction was provided. It was easy, The common areas such as the lobby and kitchen were minimalist and modern design. No airconditioning as it’s common in Europe. Opening the window was adequate and made the room cool and comfortable. The private bathroom has a stand in shower similar to the cruise ships. The PAVI Guesthouse is a good place to stay in Reykjavík! I will definitely highly recommend this place.

Great location, simple room, quiet, no elevator though - make sure you can carry your luggage up at most four flights of stairs

Very clean, comfy beds, great facilities, centrally located, easy check in and out, would stay again

no information in Expedia listing that Pavi is a four story walkup. We had to carry heavy bags up four floors. No elevator!

Twas good

Place is a dump

Although the room is very simple but there are extra WC and shower room on each floor so very convenient. It is very close to the supermarket within walking distance. The shared kitchen on the main level is a big plus which we did not expect.

It was amazing!!

Well, certainly not the fault of the guest house, the fellow travelers who stayed there the night we were there were incredibly loud and thoughtless.
