Nice hotel. Excellent if you’re attending an event there.

Next day after checking out from this hotel i started having itchy skin all over my body. I went to dr and it turns out i have scabies. The hotel was not fully clean they don’t bring clean fresh towel everyday.

Fun stay and nice rooms.

There is just way too much going on with no addition to convenience. Not too walkable to store outlets that sell basic things like water bottles. I did not have one single enjoyable interaction with any employee. It felt “clicky” and because I did not work there, I felt alienated and unwelcome and that is the last feeling I want to have from a hotel. First bad experience with a best western property, and I use best westerns 9 times a year.

Stayed here recently and honestly loved the vibe here. The place is super cute, trendy, and nicely designed without trying too hard. The pool area was probably my favorite part. It’s definitely more of a chill/lounge pool than a swimming pool, which I actually liked because it made everything feel really relaxed. The AC worked SO well, which was a lifesaver because Phoenix heat is brutal. The room also had way more stuff than I expected: nice soaps, towels, a speaker, full-sized fridge, microwave, blow dryer, and real cups instead of those tiny plastic ones. Little details, but they definitely made the stay more comfortable. There was an event going on while I was there, but I was attending it anyway so it didn’t bother me. I did appreciate that the hotel gives guests a heads-up about noise and events ahead of time. A couple small downsides: I wish there had been an extra blanket in the room, and parking is limited plus there’s a $15 parking fee. Also, the restaurant/bar was closed during my stay, so just keep that in mind if you’re planning on eating or drinking on-site. Overall though, really clean, affordable, stylish spot in a great area. I’d definitely stay here again. 9/10.

The room was so cute! I loved the decor. The hotel has some interesting rules about no outside alcohol. The bar outside was not in function while we were there and we were not planning on drinking- but it’s helpful to know. The bathroom is on the smaller side and has no fan, but there’s an area to put on makeup and fix hair in the room. The mattress is on the firmer side. The air conditioner is cold. All and all, I’d gladly stay here again.

Stayed one night. Perfect for our needs.
