pushed me into a room with a kids bed and staff lied to me every day about moving me to the right category that I booked. Held me luggage hostage in the room until pay another night and id not let me check out early.

The shower had a leak on the glass wall carrying water into the main bathroom floor, but I failed. To let management know.
The hotel is on top of a hill isolated from restaurants and shopping areas. You need to drive to any of those areas

Super comfy beds - the internal decor of the hotel is lovely but it’s on a main road so not very pretty views…
