The hotel is very nice in a great area, many restaurants in walking distance. JAE made our stay seamless she has such a great spirit I would definitely book again just on her hospitality alone!

低於平均 Pool heater was not working when I arrived but the bigger issue was: night 2- an event was taking place above our room, which had a DJ. This was a Sunday night, and went on until midnight. My room was literally shaking. My son was in tears. After complaining to the front desk- I was treated terribly. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because I used Expedia. Nothing was done to remedy any go this. Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible service.
