Great location right in centre. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms are a little old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Housekeeping limited, rooms were not cleaned or beds made during out 4 day stay. We had a good view from our rooms with balcony and window seats. It was lovely to look out at the light park and snowy mountains. Decent breakfast buffet. Swimming pool and spa were lovely. Just perfect to unwind after a day in the snow. There is a lot to do in Zakopane and this hotel is a great base to explore all the attractions and activities in the area.

Very convenient location, very good breakfast, but a bit expensive, good swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi. We have stayed for 6 days, no changes of towels, bedding or hoovering, it was a little bit disappointing. Not enough parking spaces Staff very welcoming and smiling

The hotel is very nice and just in the main street walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.
