Not a safe place and would not recommend for a family. I left and did not stay

The Customer Services is very nice, King and helpfull people

Very unsafe property with individuals doing drugs in the parking lot. Room was very unclean with pest control problems.

Really nice people at the hotel

We arrived at signature in roughly about 8pm. Immediately noticed it looked like a dive motel. The property was very well manicured, but lots of drug activity and strippers from the strip club right around the corner. Checked out the next morning after waking up to NO WATER to shower or wash our face. Would definitely not recommend this motel.

I did not use the hotel area is pretty unsafe room smelled like cigarettes and I was told I was not able to switch rooms due to availability

The stay was nice just a lot of rift raft and couples arguing and fighting all hours of the day, you can hear right through the walls and if your on the bottom floor you can hear the people walking, it was really hard to sleep during the day after working a 12 hour shift because there’s so much commotion, people hang out all hours of the night smoking and drinking as well.

The room is filled with flies, and then they were cleaning out the AC for every room, pressure washing, and the gas smell was coming into the room.
