Our room was on the 5th floor up several flights of spiral stairs. We had backpacks, so this was manageable, but we avoided too many trips back to the room. The bed was in a loft with an angled roof. The balcony was charming with a view over rooftops to the Dom. Some noise from the beer halls was still audible even on the 5th floor. Space was tight but the storage was creative. Everything was very clean and staff cleaned and refreshed towels during the stay. The bathroom was modern and efficient.

Clean neat and compact room. Well appointed with all that I needed for a short stay. A little noisy outside, but not obtrusive. Recommended.

Very nice property. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good cook-to-order breakfast. Room was a little on the small side. No twin beds and no elevator to upper floors. No AC so room was a little stuffy on hot days. Excellent location - short walks to train station, the cathedral, the chocolate museum, the river and hundreds of restaurants.

The central location is superb. The breakfast was outstanding. By saying it is 'cosy' that doesn't mean it's too small. It's compact, but more homely than the spacious, grand, chain hotels. It really is a nice place to stay, and ideal for a short city-centre break.

No parking we have to park in a public parking a few blocks away

A few repairs in the bathroom needs to be done. The bath has spots where the enamel (white finish) is gone and the hose from the shower handle is finished. The light on the balcony does not work and the guardrail should be solidified. Simple and low cost work. The sleeping space of room 51 is too low for a double bed. Crawling into bed was never so meaningful! The locations and the breakfast are excellent. It is very clean and the room 51 has a certain charm to it.

I've stayed at the Lint Hotel a few times when I have visited Cologne, and I have always been impressed with the cleanliness,

Perfectly positioned hotel in Cologne. Friendly staff, the only downside was the showers but that could have been just our room

A lovely hotel in a good area of the city. Everything is very walkable and just at the end of the road is a lovely square with lots of bars/cafes. Rooms are spacious and nice. Only downside was the shower preasure being very low some days and also elevators so be prepared for stairs. Attached Cafe in the morning does an excellent breakfast as well.

Really good friendly service and great location.
