The higher floor premium rooms have balconies and great views . Wasn’t very clean and access to the hotel is quite difficult due to construction. The closest parking lot is a few minutes of walk away and its really shady and no elevator. The whole parking lot is full of graffiti and very unmaintained (wouldn’t recommend any woman by herself walking there at any time of the day and especially at night). The hotel is quite close to everywhere that is fun (like the carmel market or the beach).

Noises during the night kept me awake but not sure what they were as on 10th floor and no rockets !

My stay at BY14 was great! It is a great location near the beach. There were plenty of amenities and they offered a happy hour in the lobby. The staff was super nice. My room needed a bit of renovation but overall it was very clean and a great experience.

Hotel was great, staff very helpful. Unfortunately the street was under construction in front of hotel and made Taxis a pain and days noisy.

GM was very offensive and disrespectful toward my religion and special needs

Great hotel. Fantastic location just a few minutes from the beach. Free coffee all day in reception. Nice terrace on the 11th floor. Lovely staff. Clean room. Little noise from the construction outside but didn’t affect me personally. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was impressive! Great complimentary coffee in reception. Gym cardio stuff was good but could do with some free weights or a cable machine

The best part about this hotel was Natalie, who works at the front desk. She made my stay worth it. I was upset upon arrival about the construction on Ben Yehuda St in front of the hotel. This was not listed in the booking. I was also upset about the "sea view" which was blocked by the high rises. Natalie helped make my stay better, as she let me have breakfast during my stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection. I also enjoyed the hotel gym, which has a wonderful view of the sea. Other then that, the rooms are small and very basic. The hotel needs to be updated as well. I wouldn't stay here again, but was very appreciative of Natalie's kindness!

Great breakfast. Quiet room and hallways
