This was the perfect hotel for us. We wanted a German experience and it delivered. Great service, people and ambience. We had visitors at dinner and they were welcomed without question and with flawless service.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen des Ruhrgebiets. Eine gute Mischung aus Komfort und Urigkeit. Generell ziehe ich diese Art von Hotels den "Business"-Hotels der großen Ketten vor, weshalb ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Besonderen Lob verdient das ausgezeichnete Frühstücks-Buffet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Wir haben am Abend im hoteleigenen Restaurant ohne Reservierung (die nicht möglich war, da wir nicht wussten wie lange der Arbeitstag dauern würde) keinen Tisch bekommen, weshalb wir auswärts essen mussten.

Very attractive building, easy to reach from the station, about 5 minutes walk. Room was lovely, up in the eaves, light and airy and I love the football themed artwork around the place, especially the one in the bedroom which covered one wall. Would recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area.

rooms large with football theme (Borussia Dortmund) very quiet location. Could have done with a second pillow. the main body of the hotel is a very old barn where there is a Michelin starred restaurant. Very pleasant.

很好 Hotel was clean and very comfortable food in restaurant was of a good standard
The only drawback was WiFi you were given a free ticket on check in for each device but it was only for 500mb which didn’t last long so you had to keep going and getting more tickets
This seems a hassle why not just give an unlimited amount
