I was traveling with a young kid, this is pure bliss. Perfect location for those who don't want to stay far from the beach and get the best in everything 😁. I am so glad that I chose this place to stay. Food was brilliant. Special shoutout for the Kava restraunts and Restraunt manager Subhashish.

Staff and front desk were very hospitable. Shomit and Sruti provided us with great tourist spots to visit. The restaurant staff and Amel checked in on your needs and provided great service and care. The picnic by the pool was a lovely treat and a great way to enjoy the weather and pool amenities. Benalium beach is a 100m walk with various food options.

Thought everything was excellent would like to visit again sometime.

Good shower, comfy bed, clean, lovely grounds that are well maintained. Good pool, comfy sun beds with and some without shade. Courteous staff at pool bar. Poor and very slow service at breakfast. Never any bacon on buffet. Breakfast always a poor experience and the only aspect to let it down.

Transportation can be managed better. Needs training to the staff to manage large number of guests, especially prioritising the services. Otherwise staff is very courteous and helpful but lack knowledge. Rooms are not at all to the standard of Marriott.

First class in all aspects of the hotel. Great room, service and food. Close to the beach and bars/restaurants.

When we arrived in our room, the Balcony was filthy. I think birds come into the balcony and mess the floor. But surely this should be checked and supervised. The temperature in the air conditioned restaurant was way too cold ? Making one uncomfortable to have their meal there

Room and staff and location

I was moved to a smaller hotel away from the beach as there was some disruption at the Fairfield. Not happy at all.

Top notch amenities, comfort and service.
