Very filthy with reaches and bugs in the room
Front desk very un helpful and unfriendly
The don’t bother with the fact that the room has roachs and turned away from looking at videos of the room
They didn’t even offer to send someone to clean or change the room even I spoke with two people and they said we will tell the manager.
Nothing happened as I walked around the property and sat outside.
An extra $50 is still pending on my account and the charge was more than that the front desk said they would charge.

Overall, this wasn’t a bad choice. The heater for the pool didn’t work so my kids were very cold. Also, our room smelled odd. Not sure what the smell was.
Breakfast was good both mornings. Eggs, a meat, coffee, two cereals (Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran), juices, yogurt, bagels, bread, oatmeal.
With the O’Hare airport very close expect to hear planes taking off, but it’s not too bad.

This is my first time staying outside of downtown in Chicago and I really enjoyed this hotel. The pool is kind of small so we really didn’t use it. There was also plenty to do around the area so you didn’t have to go downtown to find something fun to do. The room, the staff and everything was pretty good and affordable for Memorial Day weekend.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the staff kept the hotel very clean and organized. The coffee is available at all times and it was fresh. Great workout room and pool. Easy parking.

Not complain. Breakfast on top of the line service always great staff amazing. Hotel 5 stars. Great location for dining and going out. Airport close and transportation to the city was okay
