The hotel was spotlessly cleaned with spacious rooms and ideally placed so close to the station. The staff were particularly helpful when explaining to my wife what food was gluten-free at breakfast. For non coeliacs the breakfast options was extensive.

It was a fine hotel for the night, right above the train station and next to the historic city centre. Room was clean. The blinds in our room were broken and not functioning properly so they didn't really work to keep the light out during the long summer nights. We didn't have breakfast or use any amenities.

Good stay, lovely hotel. It just irks me that you find the tv remote dead and the bathroom sink almost plugged. Why doesn't housekeeping check this stuff.

Very unique, very modern hotel that is ideally located next to the train station, over a beautiful mall, and also next to old town Utrecht.

The room was a very good size. We had a king bed that was two twins put together (which we prefer since if one of us moves around, the motion doesn't transmit to the other's bed). We didn't bother buying the breakfast from the hotel since there are so many restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. The room was modern, clean, and quiet. The curtains fully close to block out light. It's located inside the Hoog Catharijne shopping center, just a short walk from Utrecht Centraal train station, so it is super convenient. Also, there is a plaza area adjacent to the shopping center that has a weekly market, which is fun. It's also very quick to walk to the canals and town center. We would definitely stay there again.
