I booked two different rooms. First room was good and overall experience was fine. But then I shifted to higher end room but that was really bad experience. Towels are missing, soap dispenser was broken, spider webs were clearly visible in some part of room. Shower water leaks on bathroom floor which is really bad because you need to be very careful while walking from shower to room - this problem exists in both upper end rooms. So i went to tell at reception, but person was simply doing something on phone and did not bother to look at me. Next day, exhaust fan (which is installed above bathtub) simply dropped. Maintenance guy came to fix it, after sometime AC air was smelling like something is burning. Few more conversations happened with staff but no point of writing anything more. I got shifted to new room and left hotel next day. No going to back that hotel for sure 😞. I booked it after seeing very good feedback but experience was terrible.

First, I had apparently reserved a room without a private bathroom, and they upgraded me figuring I didn't realize my mistake. I also got a river view, which was quite amazing. The staff was very kind, polite, and accommodating. Pooja was always ready with a smile and asking me if I needed anything or where I was planning to visit. One morning, I was leaving before breakfast and they made me breakfast TO GO of fresh cut fruit, sandwiches, and a smoothie. My laundry was always completed by the end of the day and was returned freshly ironed. The restaurant was on the 5th floor with an amazing 180 degree view of Risihikesh and the mountains beyond. The food was delicious-a perfect blend of spices. Breakfast was served as a buffet with many choices, and room service was delivered timely. At 4, they had High Tea which was free as well as an option at 5 to attend Arti at the Ganges. Overall, it was a very good experience. I would recommend this hotel and would return.

Nice property near the Triveni Ghat. Very helpful staff. I liked their complimentary Ganga Aarti Darshan. Highly recommended.

Excellent place and staff. The breakfast was awesome. Walkable to market and the ghats at Ganges. Highly recommend.

All the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Even they upgrade us with better views. Nice of them. I will definitely come back at this place again.

The room was big and clean and the staff were very helpful. There is free yoga in the morning and a complimentary high tea in the afternoon.

Need some cleaning improvements

Marvelous experience, superlative hospitality, modern and updated room and features. The Sitting Elephant serves delicious meals, breakfast buffet is satisfying and the views from the restaurant and the topmost floor are breathtaking. Their staff - across the hotel - feel like family. Very genuine and kind in every respect. Highly recommend. Will be back.

EllBee Ganga view was the best hotel room I had on my entire trip! My room with a glass wall over looking the Ganges was a dream come true! Located in a wonderful area, close to all, delicious breakfast! Absolutely beautiful, Thank you for the memories EllBee!!
