An amazing experience! Stars (we got lucky with the new moon) and the valley views were fantastic! Not to mention the mountain Veronica vista in bed in the morning! We had the top dome. Felt like a great choice. Recommend requesting a pickup in ollantaytambo around 3pm or earlier - so you can get to top in time and still have some sun to enjoy the views. Pre arrival communication was weak. Would have loved to have a referral for a place we could leave luggage in ollantaytambo for a few hours before the pickup.

We had an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very nice ... can't say that about the lunch and dinner menu. But overall experience was simply Amazing. Would highly recommend this place.

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The dome was gorgeous and had everything you could need, and the staff was the best, especially Juan Carlos! 10/10 I wish I didn’t have to leave!!!

Remember it's cold. It takes a while to get warm. Food it's good and they offer transportation

Amazing

The staff were great at communicating with us and easing our concerns about travelling with a 15 year old and a 10 year old. They had heaters and extra blankets, hot water bottles, a kettle, fridge and hair dryer. They had heaters views were spectacular and it wasn’t too scary getting to our capsule. The dinner was excellent and every staff member was outstanding.

Our stay was truly the experience of a lifetime. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, caring, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. After a long day, I had trouble making it up the hill to our room, and the gentleman who escorted us graciously carried my bag. I wish I had gotten his name so I could thank him personally. It was so late when we checked in that I completely forgot to ask. Jorge was equally wonderful. He and his dog, Sunny, gave us a ride back down the hill, adding a personal touch that made our stay even more special. To top it all off, the night sky was absolutely breathtaking. Seeing so many stars was an unforgettable experience. Combined with the outstanding hospitality, it made for a stay we’ll always cherish.

What a wonderful experience! Totally worth it. Everyone was so friendly, and we very much appreciated their willingness to accommodate our itinerary as we had some last minute details that needed to be sorted in Cusco before our arrival in Ollantaytambo. Food was amazing as well! A big thank you to everyone at Vetical Sky!
