Management is terrible. The lady that was there when I checked in (said she was the manager) was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Location feels unsafe. Furniture was outdated and unstable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

It wasn't bad, the room was clean.

I had Penthouse Room 300.There was a mouse in my room running around 3 days I also found small tubes of crack on the stair i wanted a refund , but they told me it would take three days before I get my money back and I couldn't afford pay somewhere else room service bag had to walk downstairs to get fresh towels all out bad a nightmare i wish i could uploaded the video i recorded the mouse no lie

Look, this place itself isn't horrible, but it's not in a really good location. Heavy prostitution and drug dealing in the area leads to rooms that smell badly regardless of how much they clean them, and a neighborhood that is not the safest. The staff themselves are nice and helpful. The rooms are actually pretty nice. It's really noisy and if you can't sleep through it this hotel isn't for you. The road it sits on is busy all night long and you will hear it all night long.

Google earth this before you book lol… wasn’t awful. We survived… room was fairly clean and bathroom was good.. minimal af, only a phone… no microwave/minifridge, no extras in the room, VERY LOUD AT NIGHT!

We arrived at the property around 11PM and there was no one at the reception even though it should open 24h. We waited for more than 30 minutes (I also called 5 times), we gave up and went to the gas station next door when I received a call back from them. Checked in and our room smelled like weed even though it should be non-smoking.

I was cold, the bed didn't have a blanket to cover my body with also the room didn't have a fridge neither microwave

Good room for a one night stay.

Booked a non smoking room, room obviously smelled of smoke. In the 2-3 hours we were there, people were yelling, fighting, and you can hear EVERYTHING, including every car that drives by on the road. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. Hotel refused to work with us on a refund when the room they provided was not matching what we booked.
