The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. The hotel seems really clean and well maintained. My family and I were very happy with our stay, the pool was also well maintained and felt clean. We personally enjoyed the breakfast, stayed there for 4 nights. And honestly was so nice, to top it off I have bad allergies to A/C and dust. No issue at all. So I'm super happy about that. So yes, the hotel is clean, maintained well, staff are friendly including the chambermaids, and honestly we plan to come back there when we plan our next trip. The shopping center is near by, the Canadian Tire Center, yup.. Parking is also a plus. so.. OVERALL 5/5.

Tout était excellent…mais la seule chose qui m’a déplu c’est que le personnel a la réception ne parlait pas français…mais par contre j’ai eu des personne qui étais comprenait l’anglais pour m’aider à comprendre…mais cela ne m’empêcheras pas d’y retourner car malgré tout ce personnel a été très accueillant

Room was very clean, hotel was clean.
Pool area was very nice. Parking was easy and lots of space available. Breakfast was good - only concern was that they have a sign advising to inquire about available options for any allergies or gluten free options and when we asked the breakfast attendant, they advised they were unsure and were unable to assist us. Front desk support was amazing and super kind to our kid with us.
