The hotel is good and conveniently located near the train station. The room, common areas, and beds were very clean. However, the room had poor ventilation and there was no air conditioning. The room felt like an oven all the time, and I can't imagine how uncomfortable it would be during extremely hot days. The television did not work, and there was also no hot water in the shower

Spacious room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast each morning. Friendly and helpful front desk and breakfast staff. Love my 2 nights there.

The hotel seems to be 4stars but very old and worn out not worthing the price

Our room was spacious and well-furnished. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is a short walk from light rail and several restaurants and adjacent to a nice little park.

2 night business trip Parking good Hotel ok - not a UK 4* but ok Early check-in was welcome - I arrived at 9am Public transport close and efficient

The room was very warm however, the french doors could be opened and a fan was provided

Excellent value hotel near the train station (15 minute walk) in a quiet, residential area. I was very pleasantly surprised by the size of my room - single rooms are usually very small but this one was particularly large with an additional sofa and living space.

Lovely big room, everything i needed and reception staff were excellent!

It is an ok property. I would not classify it as a 4 star. The front desk person was not smiling or very friendly, did not seem to like her job.

Staff are great, never tried breakfast, area is quiet and room is good size with coffee making facilities but never any milk have to go down to reception to get it, would of been 5 review but sauna wasn’t working and it doesn’t seem to be going to be any time soon and that was one of the reasons I booked as it had this facility. Close to station and you get a free travel pass for your stay.
