Dirty, bugs nasty

Beater hotel. place looks decent in pictures but in person it’s a different story. Rooms are beat up chipped paint damaged furniture smelled gross and moldy. The tv in room didn’t work so didn’t use it once in my 3 night stay. Killed 1 roach. People up all hours of the night being loud. kids running up n down the balconies like it’s a play place. The hotel right next to it looked well maintained and staff had actual uniforms some people may be happy with it bc that’s all they know. I couldn’t wait to leave

I would not recommend this place. I booked it because of the pool and was not able get in the water is so green nasty. Told could go few miles to the other place connected to this hotel to swim. The floors in rooms are dirty and nasty ask for my trash and dirty towels to be picked up. Couldn’t get them to do that. 2 plug in throughout room. Had to be moved to another room due to no hot water. Advice check around spend few extra dollars for better place to stay…

This hotel was awful will never stay here again, only reason I changed my reservation to this hotel after I booked another one is because it actually looked nice and clean from the photos and how much cheaper it was. I guess you really do get what you pay for. PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. 1st off I booked the hotel with this app (Hotels) after driving 4 hours in a small car with 3 kids and gf we got there for him to say I needed to have $75 on a debit card for a deposit even though I already paid on the Hotels app I completely paid the whole booking before I arrived. So I didnt have any money on my card had to drive 2 miles down the road which took 35 minutes to put the money on my card. But then they dont give you towels wash cloths or anything, there were holes in the walls, our door handle lock on our door was falling off, couldn't connect to wifi the entire time, the pool was disgusting and people found condoms in it, food, noodles, cigarettes and the light fixture from the elevator was in it. When people told the guy at the front desk about kids swimming in it after people found all of that he said he didnt care thats on them he doesn't go in the back or look back there that he just walks to the rooms and stuff. They need to care about the place a little more and take care of it. Beware and stay away from this place.

Disgusting mold all over and old food under one of the beds the doors didn’t have locks the doors looked as if they had been kicked in multiple times ended up not staying the smell was so bad and the room didn’t look like the pics the shower looked nasty and the shower head was so low I wanted to ask for a refund there was a metal bar hidden under bed skirt I hit my ankle on it hurt so bad

Book our stay and once we arrived the place was run down, and pool area was very dirty.... We did not stay, left and went to a nicer resort.

Our first room the bed was broken, and the sheets had stains on them. Second room no air conditioner and the vents cover were missing, just a hole that a child could have put there hand inside, and no tv remote. Pool was awful green and closed, we were never even told it was closed prior to check in. We ended up canceling only 2 hrs of being there and staying somewhere else.

Didn’t get to stay. Absolutely terrible customer service. Zero help!! And on our honeymoon too!

The pool was green all weekend the towels were stained but I guess washed , the bed was clean stained sheets Dead bugs on the floor in I wouldn’t stay here again

The property is old and worn out. However, it was clean. At checkout, I just put my room card in a basket because the note on the desk said "I will be back in 10 to 15 minutes." Didn't have time to wait for him to return. Several sketchy people were hanging out in a folding chair in the doorway of their room. Would not stay there again.
