The hotel is faultless for your needs on a city break to Napoli. Very clean and staff are excellent.
The position is good for a very busy city, a bit tricky to find at first but the parking is very handy in this area of the city. Many thanks to Vincenzo and Bella for a memorable stay.

People booking a room at this hotel need to understand that it is difficult to locate and a long distance from the city/downtown. The breakfast was excellent. The area is quiet. But the location is very out of the way.

The property is well maintained - it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great with a good selection. It’s a little hard to find at night (there is another B&B in the same building) but otherwise it is great. Antonella and Adriana are so friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The location is difficult to reach from airport or train using public transportation however it is in a nicer area, less trash and away from crowds so that is a plus. We used many taxis and they are expensive. We were initially disappointed until we saw the rest of Naples. We felt safe and the area was clean. The woman who served breakfast was very nice and helpful.

We had a lovely experience from start to finish in such a beautiful area of Naples. Great location, gorgeous building and setting.
So grateful to the staff for all that they did to make our stay a memorable one.

The building is in the middle of apartment blocks with no vehicle access, and reached via the flight of steps shown in the photo. It's on a private estate with barrier controlled entrance but it's possible to get a taxi near if you know exacly where to go. We were met by the receoptionist. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The room was quiet and had a good view. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility but there was none in the room or the hotel.
