Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the city! The sights, shops and restaurants are very walkable. The alley that it is in is so cute and aesthetic! The breakfast is also top notch and we all enjoyed the pool, hamam and sauna! Don’t think twice and book this hotel!

Don't look for another hotel - just book here. Fantastic 5 star hotel in the best location. Reception staff all very friendly. Shout out to Rae who checked us in and showed us around the hotel facilities. The rooms are very comfortable, as is the bed. Enjoyed having the large bathroom with two sinks - made sharing a bathroom very easy. We also used the indoor leisure facilities. Pool a bit chilly but loungers comfy. Food at this hotel was tasty and not over priced. We are hoping to stay again very soon. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Great location but no private car or Uber access so luggage have to be carried to and from the hotel.
Lack of privacy since no door between bathroom and living room/bedroom. Just weird …

極佳 The hotel was at the heart of the city and made it very convenient to commute to other places in the city! The service was impeccable - right from the check-in to check-out. I had to check-out very early in the morning and the hotel staff were so thoughtful with helping me arrange for a taxi to pick me up at a scheduled time and prepare a breakfast box for me to take. The room was beautiful and I loved using the spa amenities as well!
Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! :-)

Fantastic hospitality in this small palace of a hotel. Rooms were elegant and updated. Staff especially Beatrice (?) were so kind and funny. Pool was luxurious for after walking the hills of Porto. 5 stars !!!
