Staying at Cratus felt like staying at a luxury hotel. Room was clean and smelled fresh. It's also huge where my husband and son and I comfortably fit with big luggage laying around the room. We were provided generous toiletries and bottled waters refilled and chilled everyday, perfect for the summer heat. And oh - the toilet has a bidet! That one thing I always miss from home when I travel. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. Myleena was a breath of fresh air...big smile, genuinely cared about your day, your plans and offering to make calls to help you plan your day. Even my young son looks forward to seeing her. I was sad to miss her right before we left because of our early flight. There is a beautiful on site rooftop restaurant with classy interior that makes you feel posh while offering clean and delicious food at a reasonable price. In the morning - you can go up and watch the balloons swing by. In the afternoon - you can watch beautiful sunsets and take amazing pictures of the town. I'd take the way they make perfect eggs with just the right amount of side dishes over buffet. If you need a plate to bring to the room, just ask. They also have a great waiting staff that doesn't make you feel needy. If they have it, they bring it to you. I can't remember the last time I stayed at a property like this - on my travels - where across the board staff are generous and topnotch in providing service. The hotel location is also perfect.

Staff were excellent

It was a phenomenal stay

Great hotel and very clean and top class bedroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good quality and high standard local restaurant. Overall we had great stays at the hotel. Only minor suggestion for betterent would be to reconfigurate the top terrace/roof furniture layout for photo shooting of sunrise with hot air balloon in early morning.

Excellent service from all the staff. The breakfast is out of this world fantastic. So much food we were never able to finish all the wonderful plates that just seemed to keep coming to our table

Our stay at Cratus was amazing! From the professionalism shown in the smooth pickup to the airport to the check in process, guidance on and arranging all the tours everything was fantastic. Meeting and interacting with the owner (who drove and picked us up from the airport) and the front desk staff was great! He’s really personable and hands on and was a genuinely nice person to talk to! The rooms were modern, clean and great! The location was perfect to walk to bars and restaurants off site. The breakfast was really good and will fill you up for a day of touring. They even gave us a little snack pack to take with us in the plane since our flight was so early. I would highly recommend staying here it was a great experience and very convenient! Thank you to the owner for an amazing stay! Love from Jamaica!

I enjoyed staying at the Cratus Hotel. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Ramazon who helped us arrange ATV and balloon rides upon our arrival. The rooms are nicely appointed with robes, slippers and toiletries. There is a restaurant at the top level and it is recommended that you have dinner there at least one night of your stay. Breakfast was included and was not a buffet, but the staff was very accommodating in providing us with any food item we needed. The location is within walking distance of other restaurants and shops. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend!

If only I could rate this property over 5 stars! Our stay here was impeccable from start to finish. We arrived and were given early check in, with helpful information and tea while we waited. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, with thoughtful details and great views. Our room was well-stocked and the robes and towels were comfortable and a great touch. Every single staff member was kind and treated us like family. They would share tea, fruits, and snacks with us while we were waiting in the lobby. By far one of the best parts of this hotel is the breakfast - an incredible spread that suited every kind of traveler. The servers were attentive and made every effort to have our breakfast how we wanted. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of Goreme and close to everything you need. Out of all of the time we spent in Turkiye, this was the highlight. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning for sure!

Buse, Ramazan and Murat made the experience exceptional. The boutique hotel is charming, comfortable and quiet yet close to everything. Clean and modern with an amazing cave feel to it. Buse is trilingual and very communicative and helpful. I felt I was home with family around. I recommend this place highly. Not to mention the restaurant upstairs top notch food and service.

Superb rooms, extremely good customer service. Plus the hotel is home to the best restaurant in Cappadocia!
